External Impeller Adjustment
Impeller to suction wear plate clearance can easily be reset by external adjustment in order to maintain hydraulic performance. This delivers long time energy savings, while keeping downtime to a minimum.
With the application of an adjusting nut/jack-screw mechanism at the bearing cartridge area, axial movement of the impeller can be made upto 5 mm, thereby optimizing the above mentioned impeller to suction wear plate clearance and maintaining pump performance and maximising impeller wear life.
Heavy Duty Shaft & Bearings
Designed for continuous service under the most severe of operating conditions - with low deflection at maximum load - for longer seal and bearing life and optimum performance. 11 pump sizes with 3 frames fitted with spherical roller bearing at the drive end and single row angular contact ball bearing at the pump end.
